Panel planning

Fellow speaker,

When planning out your panel discussion, create an agenda that captures all the information you discussed at your panel planning session:
  • Timing of each panelist's introduction and presentation
  • Time when each panelist presents
  • Specific planted questions (either in the audience or from the moderator)
Create alternate versions of the agenda as well, in case something runs late or there is some other problem (e.g., a version with one less presenter, a shorter version of the agenda, etc.).
