Hurry up and tell me...

Fellow speaker,

Speaker coach Mark Travis suggests you can squeeze time by using a bunch of sentences about a period of time which are all strung together by a repeating phrase. This repeating phrase should have to do with the core promise of your speech.

For example, if you were giving a speech on the importance of using time in your day better your repeating phrase may be "No more time." as in "Running into the office. Grab a cup of coffee, drink it down. No more time. Running to the next meeting, sitting down, panting. No more time. Running to another meeting, missing the first 10 minutes, sitting down, taking notes. No more time."

Squeezing,
