Problem-solving presentation

Fellow speaker,

Presentation professor Andrew Abela suggests you ask three questions about your boardroom presentation:
  1. Why does the audience need this information?
  2. What does this information allow them to do?
  3. How does my information allow them to do things better, faster, cheaper?
If the audience does not need to know the information and the information does not help them, there is no reason to have a presentation (e.g., you could email them the information).
