Presentation professor Andrew Abela suggests if your boardroom presentation is focused on a lot of little problems, you either look for the problem among them that causes the most damage or you combine the little problems into one big problem. If after doing this you have a small problem, use something other than a presentation to solve your problem (e.g., conference call, memo, email).
