World Champion Speaker Pres Vasilev suggests you use a "flexible phrase" that you can insert anywhere in your speech. For example, Pres used the phrase "reach out" repeatedly in his speech in different ways: at the beginning of sentences, at the end of sentences, as a command, as a question, etc.
