World Champion Speaker Darren LaCroix suggests you make video promoting your upcoming event (about 1 month before the event):

1. Use the information from the event web-site or meeting planner
2. Highlight the other speakers and events first
3. Lastly mention who you are, what you will be doing, and a web link for people to find out more about you

The goal is not to promote you personally, but to promote the event as a whole
