Professional speaker Patricia Fripp suggests if you are speaking to a company that has used you before as a speaker and if they are open to the idea, go to work for that company for a day and record everything on video. Then when you give your speech you not only have great stories about what the company does, you also have great stories and video about what you have done with the company.
