Audience/actor

Fellow speaker,

You can put your audience in the scene by describing your story's characters through people in your audience.  For example, you could say, "Bob looked a lot like Jim here [gesturing to Jim in the audience] only a little rougher looking."  This will give people a visual of what your character looks like.
