I've got your number!

Fellow speaker,

If you use numbers in your speech, you risk boring your audience.  To keep things interesting, make your speech interactive:  get your audience to do something with those numbers.  For example, you could get your audience to choose between different numbers (e.g., "If the US national debt were divided up between every US citizen, would it be a) about $70,000, b) about $50,000, or c) about $30,000?").

Numbering,

Tim

P.S. The answer is "b".
