Asked and answered

Fellow speaker,

One way to get the audience on your side is to use hypophora, where you ask and answer your own questions.  When doing this, make sure to involve the audience directly with "you" focused questions.  For example, "You might be wondering, "Why should I support a man who is new to this job?"  There are a number of reasons why this man deserves your support.  Consider..."
