Fellow speaker,

World Champion Craig Valentine has 8 suggestions for how to handle speaking/service fee negotiations:
  1. Know how low you will go (in your fees)
  2. Take away value if your lower your fee (lower fee, less things provided)
  3. Come to an agreement before sending the agreement
  4. Walk away if they can't give you what you want
