An offer you can't refuse, part 1

Fellow speaker,

World Champion Craig Valentine has 8 suggestions for how to handle speaking/service fee negotiations:
  1. Know your goal for the negotiation
  2. Talk about the value you provide before talking about the fee you charge
  3. Point out their pain and talk about what that pain is costing them
  4. Charge for the value you provide (not the time it takes to provide that value)
