When you give a great performance in front of a really great audience, it's tempting to thing, "I really want to have a performance and an audience like THAT one again!" While this is normal, it keeps you rooted to your old audience and unfocused on your current audience. Instead, you might want to think, "I want to connect with this audience and better understand their wants, so I can give them the speech performance they need!"
