Just the facts

Fellow speaker,

When quoting facts:
  • Use the most important facts
  • Round figures to the nearest number - for example, instead of saying, "Production was up 6.395% this year" say, "Production was up a little over 6%"
  • Make the facts interesting - for example, instead of saying, "We are second of the top four firms" say "We are the "Avis" in our business...since we are number two we try harder."
Factually,

Tim
