Late and early

Fellow speaker,

Screenwriter William Goldman suggests you create stories where you "arrive late and leave early". What this means when telling a story in your speech is you tell your story at the point where the conflict is well-developed and a climax is about to occur. And, after the climax occurs in your story, you exit the story and start summing up the main points in your story.
