Getting emotional

Fellow speaker,

Communications expert Lisa Marshall suggests if you tend to speak in a monotone you practice exaggerating your emotional tone of voice. Practice speaking emotionally in a very exaggerated way (eg., practice anger by speaking while gritting your teeth and clenching your fists).
