Getting conflicted

Fellow speaker,

World Champion Speaker Pres Vasilev suggests you develop conflict and dialogue in your character:
  • External - conflict between two people or two groups of people, and the dialogue they have with each other
  • Internal - conflict inside one person and the back and forth dialogue the person has as they think out what to do
  • Non-personal - conflict from some non-person (e.g., force of nature) against a person or persons and the imagined dialogue of the non-person (e.g., "It was like the rain was saying to me, 'You're not gonna get dry today, sucker!' "
