It's just a look to the left...

Fellow speaker,

According to World Champion Speaker Craig Valentine, when giving story dialogue, make someone in the audience on the character your character is talking to. Look that audience member in the eye and deliver the dialogue exactly as you would in a conversation. When giving story dialogue of another person, look at someone else in the audience who is further away from the person you were looking at before. This will give your head a natural back and forth movement that will cue your audience when a different character is speaking in your story.
