Fellow speaker,

Presentation expert Gene Zelazny suggests you answer questions using this method:

1. Listen to the question
2. Write down parts of question (if necessary)
3. Pause - take time to think about the question
4. Eye-contact - look at the entire audience when answering
5. Answer the question asked (OK to say: "I don't know")
