You turn me upside down!

Fellow speaker,

Presentation expert Gene Zelazny suggests if you are giving a business presentation you turn your stories upside down. Give the result first, then describe in detail all the steps that led to that result. There is an exception to this rule: if the result is something your audience will resist, first give the steps it took to come to the decision to show that the decision was well thought out after considering all other possibilities.
