Gettin' your mojo back - 1

Fellow speaker,

According to Speaker Rich Hopkins, if you are not in the mood to speak try:
  • Sugar and spice - soda, coffee, candy, or tea
  • Work it - stretch, mover around, do push ups
  • Leave - get away from where you will be presenting and find a quiet place to focus in on your speech
