Presentation professor Andrew Abela suggests you avoid using these types of evidence in your board room presentations:
- Irrelevant - make sure all your evidence is directly relevant to the problem
- Annoying - be aware of your audience's interests and stay away from evidence that might annoy or upset them
- Guilt - you can't guilt people into agreeing with you - if talking about any errors that occurred make them "opportunities for learning"
