Designer Garr Reynolds suggests you make your Question and Answer sessions:
- Gracious - be nice to the people asking the questions
- Assertive - nicely insist that people make their questions brief and stop people when they start to turn their question into a speech
- Repeating - Repeat back the person's question so that the audience can hear and so the person can correct you if you got the question wrong
