Designer Garr Reynolds suggests ending your speech strongly using one of these methods:
- Bring out the humor - tell something that you know the audience will laugh at (because you have tested it out in front of many audiences)
- Quote someone - use a little-known quote or quote someone not know to the audience
- Give the audience an activity to do
