To make sure the Question & Answer (Q&A) part of your speech goes well:
- Hand out note cards at the beginning of your speech
- Ask audience to write down any questions they have on the notecards
- Ask audience to pass questions to the aisles
- Have people whose job is to run, collect the cards, and bring them to the stage
- When doing the Q&A, look through the cards and pick out the questions that come up the most often which are relevant to your speech points
