Three steps to answering

Fellow speaker,

There are three steps to answering an audience question:

1. Repeat the question - rephrase the person's question to make sure you understood it correctly and help the audience hear what was asked
2. Give two or more supporting points - give at least two points that support your answer
3. Review your answer - repeat your answer and answer possible challenges to your answer that may be in in your audience's mind
