Stand up!

Fellow speaker,

Stanford University Communications teacher Matt Abrahams suggests to help you keep a stable position onstage you:
  1. Put your feet directly below your shoulders
  2. Keep your feet parallel to each other (not splayed out on either side)
  3. Keep your feet side by side (each foot is lined up so the toes and heels are lined up at the front and back)
  4. Rise up on to your tip toes and then come down again
