Get set...

Fellow speaker,

World Champion Speaker Darren LaCroix recommends you do three things to prepare for your speech:
  1. Interview all levels of the audience (e.g., interview a worker, manager, partner)
  2. Speak your audience's language (e.g., if the people you are speaking to call "customers" their "markets" then you use the word "markets" when describing customers, too)
  3. Get stories from the audience (interview the audience for stories relevant to your speech subject)
Preparing,
