Story finder

Fellow speaker,

World Champion Speaker David Brooks suggests you look for events in your life that trigger one of these emotions: anger, surprise, disgust, fear, happiness, and sadness.  Think about each emotion, then start thinking about and remembering stories in your life that triggered those emotions.  For example, anger.  Think of a time when you were very angry.  Then think about what happened to get you angry.  Then write out the story about your anger.
