When training, you can build your audience connection by:

• Creating a story with the audience's help that uses dialogue (e.g., put the audience's name in the story, create the story based on an issue the audience member has, etc.)
• Ask for audience's names when they respond or want to add something
• Quiz the audience on the basics of what you have covered so far
