• Planned - decide in advance to interview audience members and focus your presentation on their needs and interests
• Unplanned - notice a particularly effective presenter's organization style and reorganize your speech to match the other presenter's organization methods (e.g., if one of the presenter talks about the 4 basics of Customers and you are planning to talk about public speaking, show how these 4 basics also apply to speeches).
