Yin and Yang of speaking

Fellow speaker,

There is a balance between audience and speaker.  In Oriental thought this "balance" is called Yin (receptive) and Yang (active).  The audience is the Yin energy and the speaker (you) is the Yang energy.  When the audience is receptive (encouraging) to you, you become actively involved (engaged) with the audience.  The more the audience encourages you, the more you engage the audience.  The more you engage the audience, the more the audience encourages you.
