After each section of your speech, recap what you just mentioned. For example, if you have a speech and you have just finished talking about the importance of protecting your personal information, before moving into the next section say something like, "Remember, it's important to Protect the Personal so no one gets your personal information. After you Protect the Personal the next step is..."
