When choosing who will speak on your panel pick someone based on:
- Knowledge - very knowledgeable on the panel subject
- Engagement - interesting and engaging to the audience
- Flexibility - able to adjust their responses based on the audience's question and the time limits
- Reliability - will be where and when they said they would be
