When you are about ready to leave the introduction and get into your presentation, give the audience their road map. Gesture to each place onstage where you will be talking about the different points of your presentation while mentioning each part of the presentation. For example, gesture to three different spots onstage while you say, "It's all about time [gesture right], effort [no gesture], and money [gesture left]. Then when you do your speech, and talk about each of these things, stand where you indicated when discussing each point.
