When trying to get your audience to buy into your message, ask first, get the audience (or some of the audience to agree, then continue). For example, "Have you ever been really embarrassed? Had something go really wrong and then wondered, 'How did that happen?' Has that every happened to you? It's happened to me, too. I remember when I was first publicly embarrassed..."
