Improv professional Izzy Gesell recommends using a game called "Radio Announcer" to practice your improv. Narrate whatever you are doing out loud, as if you were a radio announcer describing something very interesting. For example, if you are driving in your car, you could say, "I'm out on the road today. It's a beautiful day, the sun is up, it was raining earlier but now it's clear..."
