When you come to the climax of your story, make sure you have:
- Revelation - when the main character is somehow permanently changed
- Significant emotional event - the event is driven by strong emotions
- Passing of wisdom - the main character learns something significant
- Guru - someone who is not you guides your main character to a new awareness
