Some simple ways to build up your mailing list and increase the number of people who have the opportunity to see you is:
- Clipboards - hand around at your speech a clipboard or two for people to sign up to your newsletter, etc.
- Name your e-mailing - name your newsletter, etc. (whatever you email out to people) something that says what it's for and captures people's attention
- Business cards - have a prize drawing and require people to give you their business card
- Resource table - place sign-in sheets for your newsletter, etc. at your resource table
