Fellow speaker,
When someone in the audience says a comment that is really funny or fits very well into the speech, repeat it. And make it clear exactly what they said. For example, say, "Jill said, 'Another way to do it is to use a blender.' " Give credit to the audience person for what they said and make sure everyone knows what they said.
