How to speak when you have no time

Fellow speaker,

You don't always have a lot of time to prepare a speech.  Some times you have to simply go out there and do your best. But just because you haven't prepared doesn't mean you can't have a great speech.  Simply remember:

1. Talk about what you know, if you don't know anything about it, don't talk about it
2. Create a bulleted list of points that relate directly to the topic you want to speak about (no more than 3 points)
3. Be open to the audience and talk to them, understand what parts of your speech they are getting and where they need some help
