Color-coded

Fellow speaker,

Toastmasters District speech champion Dwayne Jackson uses a color code system to help in his speech delivery.  He highlights with a different color each delivery change in his speech.  For example, he might put a pause in red, indicate a sad passage in purple, or a happy passage in yellow.  He then reads the speech and knows to use a different delivery method for each different color.  In this example, he might speak with a heavier, slower pacing when he was reading a purple-highlighted passage.
