Two clocks

Fellow speaker,

It can be a challenge to get both your speech and the sections inside your speech to run on time.  Spend too much time on one section and suddenly you are rushing at the end of your speech to squeeze in all the content you wanted to mention.  To solve this problem, I suggest using two clocks.  One clock is a regular clock and is there so you know how much time you have to give your speech.  The other clock is a speech timer, which flashes, green, yellow, and red, as you come close to the time you allotted for each section of your speech.  Stop the clock at the end of each section and restart the clock when you begin a new section.  You can find these stoplight-style speech timers in the apps store of your favorite cellphone or PDA-type device.

Timing,

Tim
