Say it again

Fellow speaker,

When someone gives you a question that is a little confusing, rephrase the question and repeat it to them.  For example, "What I hear you saying is that you want to know what my solution is to the company's problem."  This will:
  • Make the asker of the question feel noticed
  • Clear up the question to your audience
  • Give you some extra time to think of an answer
