World Champion Speaker Darren LaCroix suggests "boxing" your written speeches. Draw a box around each part of your speech, leaving the transitions outside the box. You can either print out the speech and draw the box by hand or use your word processor to create a box around the speech piece. Then work and rework each "boxed" piece.
