When you ask your audience a question, make sure it is a powerful question that is highly relevant to the audience. If you are speaking to an audience of doctors don't start out with "How's everyone feeling today?" That question is too general and not specific to your audience. Instead, start out with a powerful question that is highly relevant to doctors, "Are you worried about healthcare reform?"
