Fellow speaker,
If an audience member shouts out something in the middle of your speech that gets a positive reaction from your audience, remember what they said. It is possible that you can use that reaction in future speeches. One benefit from doing this is you are using the thoughts of your audience (if one person is thinking it, probably other people are as well).
