If you are facing some difficult people who are attacking you during your presentation:
- Pause, turn away from that person and towards someone else in the audience, address them by name (if you know their name), and talk directly to them
- Pause, and ask another person in the audience to remind you where you were before you were interrupted (this may best be done by planting someone in the audience beforehand who is prepared to answer this question)
- Ask a question and give a prize to the person who can answer the question
