- Develop your main point - "I want the audience to Believe ________, Accomplish ________, Remember __________, and I will have no more than 3 points to support the main point"
- Develop supporting material using Exercises, Statistics, Examples, Quotations, Humor, and Stories
- Introduction to grab audience's attention
- Conclusion to keep 'em wanting more
