When you are creating a story file of your personal stories, keep the story descriptions short and general. There is no need to write out the entire story. For example, if you want to write down a story of your unpleasant trip to a car rental write down in your story file, "Went to car rental and asked for car - customer service agent was rude - they gave me a car with visible dents - had flat tire 3 miles from rental place".
